• We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and bank wire transfer (T/T) for bulk orders.
• For bank wire transfers, orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed in our account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, or other factors beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
• Returns for non-quality issues may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Custom or OEM orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the products are defective or do not match the approved specifications.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Custom and OEM Orders

• For custom logo, private label, packaging, or OEM/ODM orders, a sample or digital proof will be provided for your approval before mass production.
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs, or trademarks you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
